 Teresa Aguilar began remodeling homes in 1988, remodeling high end homes in Nashville for 15 years. She specialized in existing space renovations (attics, basements, kitchens, baths).
In January, 2004, she started inspecting homes throughout middle Tennessee.
- Certified through AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training Institute).

- Licensed in the state of TN—License #180.
Teresa is a Red Cross Volunteer, and served in Florida during Hurricanes Frances, Jean, and Ivan.
She also volunteers with Habitat for Humanity.
